The Product Image Zoom Magento extension adds the possibility of displaying a magnified product image without leaving the catalog grid / list in a Magento store. Moving the cursor over a product image causes the appearence of a larger picture next to the thumbnail. The Product Image Zoom extension works very fast and uses the standard small and large images in the Magento store. No need for preparing additional images: the original product image is overlaid over another image and so a nice shadow effect is achieved without having to prepare the images in a graphic programm. It looks great with light, as well as with dark images:




You can enable or disable the extension and set its parameters through the Magento backend.

The Product Image Zoom package is implemented in JavaScript. No plug-ins (like e.g. Flash) required. The Magento extension comes with detailed installation instructions.

Compatible with Magento 1.3, Magento 1.4, Magento 1.5, Magento 1.6.

This software requires an ionCube loader to be installed.
