Q: I purchased an extension, why do I not receive a download link?
A: For security reasons we check each order placed in our store manually. After an order is processed you will receive an email with the product you purchased and your invoice.

Q: I am living in EU and my company is VAT registered. I provided my VAT number on checkout, but I am still charged the net price + 19 % VAT in PayPal. Why?
A: After your order is processed and your VAT number checked, only the net extension’s price will be charged.

Q: You sell your software with a single domain license. Can I nevertheless use it on more than one commercially used domains with only one license?
A: No. Each domain requires a separate license.

Q: I would like to test the extension on a test domain first before using it on my live domain. Would this be possible?
A: Yes, you can use the software on a non-commercial test domain, e.g. a subdomain of the live domain. Please enter
test: <your test domain>, live: <your live domain>
in the license field when you place an order in our store.

Q: I will not use the software on the domain I purchased the extension for. I would like to use it on another domain instead. Do I have to purchase 2 licenses?
A: No, if you wish a domain license transfer, we would need a fax document signed by you. This service is charged with 7 euros plus 19 % VAT (if applicable).

Q: Do you offer a refund for software products?
A: No, software is an intangible product and as such, once sent to your email address, we do not offer a refund for it.

Q: I bought an extension from your store, but now I think that maybe another product would be more suitable for my store. Can I pay the difference only and get the other extension?
A: No, each product in our store is sold separately.

Q: Color Swatches doesn’t change the color. Why?
A: Please make sure that you are not using the extension with products with more than one attribute in the attribute set. Color Swatches is an extension for configurable products with one attribute in the attribute set only.

Q: Color Custom Options doesn’t display the thumbnails. Why?
A: Please make sure you are calling the extension with the right parameters. The default admin titles of the custom options should be passed to the extension case-sensitively.

Q: Are installation and customization included in the price?
A: No, installation and customization are paid services and not included in the price of the extensions.

Q: Can I first try to install the extension by myself and if I have problems purchase an installation separately?
A: Yes. The price of a separately purchased installation is 57.50 euros plus 19 % VAT (if applicable).

Q: What information do you need for a custom installation?
A: After you order an installation, we will need the SKU of one product that should be connected with the extension, the product images, the access data to your admin and FTP data for your server.

Q: If I purchase an installation service for one of your extensions will you also make it work with all the other Magento extensions of third parties I am using in my store?
A: Not guaranteed. Some third party extensions use implementations that cannot be combined with our products.

Q: Can images of products that use an extension of yours be magnified with extensions of third parties?
A: No. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that our products can be combined with extensions of third parties, as we don’t know their code. We can only guarantee that the images of products that use our color extensions, except Color Custom Options, can be magnified with the standard zoom in Magento.

Q: I uploaded the PHP files in binary mode, but they are still corrupted?
A: Some customers reported problems with the program Transmit when transferring files in binary mode. Please use another program for the file transfer, e.g. FileZilla.
